Shipping Information

We have recently reviewed our delivery charges in view of wide variety and the nature of products we have to offer now from our Brick and Mortar store in Radlett.

Click and Collect 
You can place an order to collect them from the store for FREE. We shall pick, pack and notify you when it is ready to be collected.

If you would like us to drop your reusables for us to refill them and collect them when ready. Please mention in the comments section at checkout that you would drop your reusables.

Local Delivery
Our Local Delivery service would operate within 3 miles radius of our store (Postcode - WD7 7LA).

Through our Local Delivery service, it will be our endeavor to deliver you on the same day but can only guarantee delivery latest by next day.

As an introductory offer, there will be no delivery charge for local delivery. The minimum order will need to be £20 to qualify for free delivery.

National Delivery
For Delivery outside a 3-mile radius, it will be considered as National Delivery.

Delivery Charges for National Delivery are £4.99 for orders under £50.
Orders above £50, will be FREE delivery and the lead time for all orders will be 2 -3 working days.

International Delivery

For International Delivery, Please send us screen shot of what you would like to to order and the delivery address and we shall get back to you a shipping cost.  We will not be able to accept order for food products for International delivery. Please note, customs duty and clearance fee will need to be paid by the customer / recipient in the country where the order needs to be delivered.

Every order will be packed manually as per the order which is time-consuming and hence, we don't offer next-day delivery just yet but we will endeavor to offer this service soon.
