If you care about your skin and the environment switching to handmade soap bars is the way to go. Did you know that most of the products you use have chemicals that are not recognized by the FDA? These ingredients are usually harsh detergents and hardening agents.
Apart from that they have loads of parabens, sulfate, palm oil and aren’t cruelty free. Parabens and sulfate get absorbed by your body and enter your bloodstream through which they can deteriorate your health. To obtain palm oil, rainforests are chopped down and a healthy habitat is lost.

The eco-friendly folks at the Friendly Soap have created a pure ‘Soap’ which is not a cosmetic but absolutely natural. They’ve made a chemical free soap for everyone, and you can choose from their wide range with the base of shea butter, cocoa butter and olive oil.
Aloe Vera Soap: This contains only four ingredients and a little splash of water. Lavender Soap: Want to relieve stress and promote good sleep? Well, this lavender goodes will hit the right spot. Along with that it disinfects the skin and boosts circulation. The finely chopped lavender leaves work as an exfoliant and teams up with the essential oil to make it absorb into your skin. Go and relax, you deserve it!
Lemongrass and Hemp: In need for a double-dose of refreshment? In Lemongrass we trust! This organic soap gets a sweet and uplifting aroma from steam distilled lemongrass essential oil. It is antibacterial and antiseptic, while hemp bran acts as a gentle exfoliator. Smooth, rich and naturally moisturising too, it’s our personal favourite.
Orange and Grapefruit: Zingy and Zesty orange and grapefruit essential oil give you an unbelievably refreshing wash. It’ll boost your collagen, as well as increase the blood flow to the skin. All the crammed up vitamin C and antioxidants in this bar is great for your immune system. But don’t eat it!
Patchouli and Sandalwood: This exotic soap is undeniably rich and alluring. The patchouli and sandalwood blend has antibacterial properties and helps maintain great skin, while a rich trio of oils keeps you well moisturised.
Peppermint and Poppyseed: Craving for the most refreshing wake-up call ever? This magic blend of peppermint essential oils and exfoliating poppy seeds won’t give you the chance to snooze. The luxuriously creamy lather leaves you feeling clean and polished.
Tea Tree and Turmeric Soap: Intensely therapeutic, tea tree and turmeric are the two key ingredients combined to craft a soap that is antibacterial, anti-fungal and even boosts your immunity boosting.. The anti-inflammatory turmeric has been used for two thousand years in India. This soap leaves you feeling silky smooth and invigorated.
HOW TO GO ABOUT IT?
We highly suggest to use it with our Vimi Sisal Pouch which will team up and give you a rich lather and gentle exfoliation. But of course, it can be used as it is. Just scrub it on your skin and place it on our Vimi Beechwood soap dish, which is designed which is designed to hold two of your friendly soap bars at once.
HOW TO DISPOSE RESPONSIBLY?
These soaps come in plastic-free packaging which can be recycled. Just take out your soap bar and drop the packaging in your recycling bin.
